Pilates Fitness classes in city centre Manchester

JUMP Physio run Pilates Fitness classes from our clinic on Lloyd Street. The Pilates classes cater for all levels from beginners to the more advanced.

These Pilates classes are aimed at improving fitness, muscle tone, posture, sporting performance and to help prevent injury. We use additional specialized equipment such as foam rollers, magic circles and resistance balls to provide an extra challenge and variation to your practice. Pilates is based on six key principles consisting of centring, control, concentration, breath, flow, and precision.

The goal within each exercise is to achieve each of those principles. As your body gains strength through practice and repetition, you learn to focus mentally and execute increasingly more difficult moves from the Pilates repertoire.

Class sizes are limited to 5 per Pilates class ensuring constant supervision.

CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all scheduled appointments and Pilates classes at JUMP Physio. If you fail to cancel within this period, you will be charged the full amount. Please understand that we must enforce this policy strictly. Our instructors are compensated on a per-client basis and have made a time commitment to our clinic. We thank you for respecting this policy. There are no exceptions.
