	Rates Initial consultation 1hr £40 (We spend the most time on the assessment as finding out what is wrong is the most important step in getting you better) Follow up treatments 30 mins £36 Pilates One-to-one (60 minutes) £35 Small group (60 minutes) £8 Hours 7.30am - 7pm Monday to Friday 8am - 11.00 Saturday Payment & Cancellation Payment is required at the time of consultation. We accept all debit/credit cards and cash. We are recognised by all major insurers and offer student discounts. 24 hours notice is required for cancellation. After this period a fee applies.
