Our Physiotherapists have extensive experience in providing Physiotherapy (physio) for all types of conditions. Their personalised approach is combined with comprehensive post graduate training.

We currently offer over 10 Pilates mat classes to small groups every week and a combination of one to one Pilates sessions on our Pilates equipment.

We provide individualised treatments, screenings, specific rehabilitation programmes, and running assessments.

We decided to provide Sports Massage Therapy because it complements our hands on physiotherapy approach and furthers our goal of providing a complete package of rehabilitation.

Our Women's Health Physiotherapist provides physiotherapy treatment, during pregnancy, as well as providing advice and individual pelvic floor muscle strengthening programs for women experiencing bladder and prolapse symptoms.

We offer Personal Training in association with the Pro-Balance Personal Training Gym.

Jump Physio was started by Kieran O’ Donovan and Naomi Gill, two chartered physiotherapists, who have over 20 years of combined experience spread across the UK, Ireland and Australia.
